As a Muskoka Custom Home Builder & General Contractor company our goal is to plan, procure, execute & complete the new construction project, monitoring the entire project, guiding everything involved.
During the design & construction process we manage the team and resources & collaborate with the client throughout the entire project, from the initial construction budget and planning stage to the final build completion.
With preliminary drawings in hand we prepare for the start of construction, reviewing details ie: budgeting, contracting, accounting & design details ex. Countertops, fixtures, tile, flooring, etc & source vendors. Changes are made as needed at this time as we prepare for final review, client approval and the commencing of the construction contract.

STRONG FOUNDATION:
The Base of the build: As the Custom home builder & Contractor we are making sure it has a solid foundation, with concrete walls that are built square and level for a good start to framing which ncludes locating, excavating & or demolition, proper drainage & backfill.
QUALITY FRAMING:
The bones and shell of the build: Confirm your new Muskoka build is structurally sound. Ensuring that it is built square & plumb with window and door openings built to rough opening specifications.
FLAWLESS EXTERIOR FINISHES:
While rough in of plumbing and electrical are taking place, exterior finishes begin. Making sure the house has proper air barrier(house wrap) metal flashings and flashing tape to ensure windows and doors are sealed before exterior insulation, strapping & siding are installed.
Landscaping & Masonry tasks & decking installation usually start nearing the end of exterior finishes.
STUNNING INTERIOR FINISHES:
After all interior insulation and vapor barriers are complete, we begin interior walls & ceiling coverings including drywall, MDF, wood trims etc.
Installation of hard wood floors, tile floors, hanging of interior doors and Installation of baseboards, casings, and all interior trim mouldings including custom feature elements to be left to your imagination for now.
